 Starting of a local soccer ball manufacturing unit by two brothers in 1982 become the foundation of Tempo. With the passage of time, learning turned into knowledge and experience. In 1990  Tempo started making soccer balls for foreign clients directly.  This was a turning point which led Tempo to where it is now. Innovation and diversification being at the core of Tempo's  culture, a strong need was felt in 1996 for a research & development laboratory with the latest equipment for assuring continuous innovation and better quality. In 2001, a major addition was made in Tempo’s portfolio and it’s management Tempo’s strategic team analyzed a great room for sportswear in the market and that’s when a specialized  manufacturing unit for sportswear with the latest machinery and tools was set up by Tempo, the third brother currently CEO of the company also joined Tempo. Later on, In 2012, second generation of family entered into business and a good market potential for fitness and boxing equipment was accessed. Tempo proudly lunched it’s own Fitness unit with the necessary equipment, Today Tempo is supplying numerous fitness items to different countries and brands around the globe, today Tempo serves some of the  leading brands of Soccer Balls, Sportswear and Fitness items. With growing demand and specialization, a need for capable and technical staff was felt. Tempo is pleased to say that it’s family has grown to become as large as 250 inhouse employees and almost 1500 stitchers to work for Tempo in Tempo’s designated stitching centers. The vision of Tempo’s founders and the culture inherited is to sustainably grow the business operations by critically analyzing market gaps and fulfilling these gaps. Customer service is adopted as the basic norm and satisfying the customer needs is the priority. To prioritize the customers and provide them with the best possible service Tempo has divided it’s operations in 3 sub-units i,e.
